Kilik is the only character in the game that I can say is a "cheap character." Spam a button press and it is near impossible to escape. Mitsu is hella easy to use, and has very fast moves that unbalance him. Xiang has up down moves. Raph can be a spammer, but he's good if you use him right. Ivy is nice in SC4 but they dummed her down a ton in the new one.
